1.Isn't all of this free online?
Free rune meanings contradict each other, and many modern ones are presented as ancient. This book tells you what's ancient and what's modern on every rune, draws every symbol correctly, and gives you a method and pages to practice, not just a list to read.
2.I'm a total beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. It starts from zero: what runes are, how symbol magic works, and how to charge and release a symbol. Every method is shown step by step with a worked example, so even a baby witch can follow it without feeling overwhelmed. If you have the Complete Book of Shadows, this is the natural next step.
3.Is it historically accurate?
Where the book talks about history, it says where it comes from: carved stones, the three rune poems and published scholarship, with sources listed. Where it talks about modern practice, it says so. You get both, clearly labeled.
4.Do I need a rune set?
No. Every exercise works with pen and paper, and the book shows you how to make your own set if you'd like one. Already have runes or rune cards? Use the book right alongside them.
5.Is it just blank pages?
No. Most of the book is teaching: meanings from the sources, methods worked step by step, finished sigils and bind runes. Every practice page comes right after the lesson it practices.

7.I'm not artistic. Can I still make sigils?

8.Which path is it written for?
It's written for the solitary witch of any path. The Norse history is told with respect, but nothing asks you to worship, make offerings or follow a religion. It's your practice.
9.Is it dark magic?
No curses, no demons, and no spells on other people. Protection, home, luck, self-love, sleep, courage and letting go.
10.Is a bind rune a binding spell?
No. Historically a bind rune is two or more runes sharing a stave, to save space when carving. Using them as charms is modern, and the book shows you how to build one that says what you mean, and how to check it for hidden runes.
11.Are some runes off-limits?
A few runes were misused in the 20th century, and the book says so plainly on their pages. The runes are nearly two thousand years older than that. The book leaves out the forms that were invented or reshaped by hate movements and uses the plain runes as the carvers did.
12.What's in the Complete Practice Set?
The book plus the 64-page Practice Workbook: every worksheet in the book, repeated, so you can practice as much as you like without writing in your book. Both ship together.
13.Can I put someone else's name on the cover?
